Bonjour,

Comme tous les ans, le Cyno Club organise le deuxième dimanche de mars son concours d’agility où 67 équipes maîtres chiens évolueront sur différents parcours d’obstacles tout au long de la journée.

Cet événement se déroulera le dimanche 12 mars 2023 sur notre terrain.

Afin que cette journée se passe le mieux possible nous avons besoin d’un maximum de bénévoles.

De multiples postes, à la portée de tous, sont à pourvoir (installation/rangement, terrain, chronomètres, secrétariat, buvette, parking, etc…) de 6h30 à 20h.

Ce concours annuel est pour nous l’occasion de mettre en avant notre club auprès des autres clubs de la territoriale Centre Val de Loire et de montrer la rigueur et le dynamisme de nos adhérents, nécessaires à l’organisation d’une telle manifestation.

Si vous êtes partant pour nous aider, que ce soit la journée ou la demi journée, que vous soyez lève tôt ou couche tard, merci de nous en informer par adresse mail avec vos disponibilités.
Les créneaux où nous aurons le plus besoin de monde sont le samedi à partir de 15h pour l’installation et le dimanche vers 17h30 pour le rangement.
Nous aurons également besoin de quelques bras supplémentaires pour récupérer le matériel de la mairie le vendredi après-midi et le restituer le lundi matin.
